Role Overview
This Sr. Operations Associate position is designed for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional who will accelerate scheduling and delivery quality across designated markets. The role involves solving complex operational puzzles and working closely with cross-functional partners to drive business impact. The ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable with data, metrics, and ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years in high-growth operational environment
- Ability to meet and exceed SLAs in a fast-paced setting
- Analytical skills with proficiency in reports and market tools
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Adaptability and strong self-management with multiple projects
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
First 30 Days

Compensation
Base salary from $67,500 to $90,000 plus stock options, determined by experience, education, and market indicators.
Location
Key hubs include Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco; remote work is also embraced for candidates across the United States.
