About the Opportunity
The Software Engineer role is responsible for designing and implementing DevOps and cloud infrastructure solutions that improve deployment efficiency and development workflows through AI and automation. This position contributes to advancing the organization's technology capabilities, supporting production systems, and enhancing the reliability and scalability of cloud-native applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement DevOps solutions and cloud infrastructure following best practices
- Leverage AI Builder and automation tools to enhance deployment pipelines and operational efficiency
- Apply Generative AI and LLM-based solutions to improve development workflows and code quality
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code principles
- Participate in code reviews and establish team best practices
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment frequency and reliability
- Support production systems on a rotational basis and respond to critical incidents
- Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems and share knowledge
- Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Contribute to security best practices and ensure compliance
- Document solutions and communicate technical progress to stakeholders
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions addressing complex business challenges responsibly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native technologies
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools
- 2+ years of experience building and deploying GraphQL and REST APIs, including microservices
- 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Salary range: $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment
