- Implement modern software design patterns, clean code methodologies, and decoupled system architectures to ensure maximum software maintainability and testability
- Engineer, integrate, and troubleshoot complex third-party API connections, webhooks, and secure corporate data feeds
- Govern and orchestrate distributed infrastructure and containerized services across production-level server environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal teams, media asset managers, and platform engineers to build automated workflow tools that enhance corporate decision-making
Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressive, professional software engineering experience specializing in backend development with Python and frontend architecture with JavaScript (specifically React.js ecosystems)
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct, hands-on experience designing relational databases, executing complex query optimization, and managing RDBMS platforms (with strong preference for MySQL or MariaDB environments)
- Practical foundational experience navigating, configuring, and maintaining Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) server distributions
- Proven mastery of Git-based version control workflows, showcasing comprehensive comfort with branching strategies, pull request structures, and rigorous code reviews
- Demonstrated expertise in building, documenting, and consuming modern RESTful or gRPC API architectures
- Core technical fluency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design principles, data structures, and algorithmic complexity
- Elite analytical problem-solving skills paired with an exceptional, near-flawless attention to granular data detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep technical experience authoring comprehensive unit test suites utilizing automated testing and mocking frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest.mock)
- Direct professional familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines engineered via Jenkins, GoCD, or GitHub Actions
- Structural knowledge of advanced network protocols, distributed system patterns, and horizontally scalable cloud infrastructures
- Practical experience managing data storage layers using NoSQL database architectures (such as Apache Cassandra or MongoDB)
- Functional understanding of event-driven software architectures and message queuing systems like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
