The Software Engineer (Full-Stack) will work alongside experienced engineers to develop tools that connect AI engineering with scalable infrastructure. This role is designed for skill growth and to make a direct impact on products that advance AI innovation. The position supports cross-functional collaboration and contributes to the performance and usability of AI-focused platforms.Responsibilities
Application Development: Develop and maintain frontend and backend components using Python, TypeScript, and Go Lang (with a primary focus on Python and TypeScript). Open-Source Ecosystem: Support and enhance the company's open-source SDK to improve developer integration and platform accessibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal engineering and AI specialist teams to build software features and resolve complex platform bugs. Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with a strong attention to automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines. Engineering Culture: Participate in peer code reviews, engage in technical mentorship, and commit to ongoing learning to expand full-stack expertise.Requirements
Core Programming: Practical experience with Python and/or TypeScript, along with a strong eagerness to grow into a well-rounded full-stack role. Software Frameworks: Basic functional knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and backend frameworks (such as React, Express, FastAPI, and Pydantic). Problem Solving & Communication: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Background Screening: Successful completion of a standard background check.Preferred Qualifications
Modern Infrastructure: Exposure to cloud platforms, distributed computing systems, or containerization tools like Docker. Version Control: Practical experience with Git and standard collaborative version control workflows. Compensation Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $200,000 per year. (Final placement within the range varies by individual experience, qualifications, and geographic location). Ownership: Equity compensation provided through stock options.
