The Software Engineer is responsible for end-to-end development and delivery of features, ensuring quality and effective collaboration with business teams and technical partners. This role directly contributes to advancing healthcare technology solutions by designing, coding, testing, and deploying software that meets user needs and supports the organization's mission.Responsibilities
- Develop backend components and modify existing programs
- Prepare test data and functional specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Implement APIs following architecture guidelines
- Automate testing at functional and unit levels
- Develop frontend features using React.js and build reusable components
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimize frontend performance across devices and browsers
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using various platforms
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience in Agile environments
- 3+ years with .NET technologies including ASP.NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs/microservices
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server/PL/SQL)
- 3+ years of front-end development using React.js and related tools
- 3+ years working with DevOps and CI/CD practices, including source control
- 2+ years experience with cloud and microservices architectures
- 2+ years designing and working with RESTful APIs
- 2+ years with application security and authentication (OAuth, JWT)
- 2+ years using testing frameworks and quality practices
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The salary for this role ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution, subject to eligibility.Benefits & Perks
