About the Opportunity

The Software & Analytics Engineer role involves designing, developing, and supporting scalable, secure, and user-friendly software solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based analytical applications supporting reporting, planning, and decision-making
  • Build and support data pipelines and workflows including ingestion, transformation, validation, and integration
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, database schemas, and data access patterns for performance and scalability
  • Create user-facing dashboards, visualizations, and analytical interfaces for data exploration
  • Translate complex analytical requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions
  • Implement software development best practices such as version control, testing, and code reviews
  • Support application lifecycle management including enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in software engineering or application development
  • Strong expertise in Python development
  • Experience building data-driven or analytical applications including dashboards and interactive tools
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data pipelines, and application architecture principles
  • Experience with modern frameworks and tools such as Flask, FastAPI, Dash, or Streamlit
  • Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments
