About the Opportunity
The organization is a leading registry, e-commerce, and content platform serving growing families. It supports over 9 million customers annually by providing seamless purchasing, trusted guidance, and expert product recommendations for new parents and their networks. The platform now includes a full ecosystem with retail, health services, and a flagship showroom. The Senior TPM Customer Service role focuses on modernizing the customer service technology stack and implementing AI-driven solutions to scale the business and enhance support for families.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, launch, and iteration
- Lead implementation of an AI chatbot platform to automate customer interactions
- Collaborate with a team of 3 engineers along with design, UX, and customer-facing teams
- Evaluate and optimize the customer service tech stack, including Zendesk
- Work with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize stakeholder requests
- Build and maintain AI systems and knowledge centers for both systems and human agents
- Define and track metrics, working with data teams to surface and communicate impact
- Partner with support operations leaders to ensure technology solutions meet frontline needs
Requirements
- 2-5 years as a Product Manager in an agile environment
- Experience in customer service, support operations, or product operations
- Proven ability to handle cross-functional stakeholder needs
- Experience with systems integration, data flow, APIs, and automation
- Comfort with ambiguity and defining projects from unclear priorities
- Strong analytical skills and process improvement techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Fast learner with a growth mindset ready for adjacent product areas
