About the Opportunity
The Senior Technical Support Specialist role at RemoteHunter drives the transformation in legal and professional services through advanced agentic AI, enterprise-grade platforms, and domain expertise. This position is crucial for resolving complex technical customer issues and mentoring peers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume support queue for complex customer issues
- Serve as the senior escalation point for technical investigations
- Lead live customer calls to troubleshoot issues in real time
- Perform expert troubleshooting across integrations, APIs, and system behaviors
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product on bug investigations and resolutions
- Document clear bug reports with reproduction steps and customer impact
- Upskill peers by sharing troubleshooting frameworks and best practices
- Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides
- Identify patterns and systemic issues to improve processes
Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years supporting complex, AI-powered or machine learning products
- Experience as a senior escalation point for technical and high-risk issues
- Strong troubleshooting skills with APIs, integrations, and system behaviors
- Experience managing bugs and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
- Ability to manage high ticket volume while maintaining quality and empathy
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven mentoring skills and ability to support peers in challenging cases
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving processes
Compensation
Salary range: $119,000 to $161,000 USD.
