About the Opportunity: Senior Technical Program Manager, Money Movement

The Senior Technical Program Manager for Money Movement will oversee financial operations to ensure accurate and timely deposits and withdrawals. This role is responsible for building a self-service product that supports admins, participants, and operations teams in processing financial inflows with precision and transparency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering to drive planning and execution
  • Identify and mitigate execution risks by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and facilitating communication
  • Create schedules, set goals, and identify milestones for project and portfolio success
  • Maintain team-level bookkeeping to support efficient sprint operations
  • Track and report project progress tailored to different audiences
  • Develop and optimize processes related to planning, execution, and reporting
  • Oversee roadmap planning, resourcing, and cost management for long-term strategic activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and impact
  • Foster a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability across teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Strong written and oral communication, able to translate technical concepts clearly
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills
  • Minimum 3 years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working with cloud-based service-oriented architectures
  • Proven success in building and delivering products
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and data-driven approach

Compensation:

The base salary for this position spans $200,000 to $220,000
