About the Opportunity:

The Senior Technical Program Manager, Money Movement will oversee financial operations to ensure accurate and timely deposits and withdrawals. This role is responsible for building a self-service product that supports admins, participants, and operations teams in processing financial inflows with precision and transparency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering to drive planning and execution
  • Identify and mitigate execution risks by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and facilitating communication
  • Create schedules, set goals, and identify milestones for project and portfolio success
  • Maintain team-level bookkeeping to support efficient sprint operations
  • Track and report project progress tailored to different audiences
  • Develop and optimize processes related to planning, execution, and reporting
  • Oversee roadmap planning, resourcing, and cost management for long-term strategic activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and impact
  • Foster a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability across teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Strong written and oral communication, able to translate technical concepts clearly
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills
  • Minimum 3 years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working with cloud-based service-oriented architectures
  • Proven success in building and delivering products
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and data-driven approach

Compensation:

The base salary for this position spans $200,000 to $220,000.
