About the Opportunity

The Senior Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer plays a key role in maintaining supplier compliance and driving product quality. This position supports critical quality processes such as First Article Inspection, Source Inspection, and Advanced Product Quality Planning. The role impacts supplier performance, reduces risk, and ensures timely product delivery, contributing significantly to supply chain excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review suppliers proactively and assess operational gaps to identify risks
• Take systematic actions to develop world-class suppliers
• Manage global supplier development, quality improvement, and sustainment
• Collaborate with sourcing, business, engineering, and customers on quality and delivery strategies
• Implement continuous improvement projects with business-wide impact
• Lead supplier performance culture through coaching and technical engagement
• Ensure flawless execution of First Article Inspection, Source Inspection, and APQP activities
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliant products and reduce risk

Requirements

• Experience in supplier quality assurance and development
• Knowledge of First Article Inspection, Source Inspection, and APQP processes
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills
• Proven track record in driving supplier performance and quality improvement

Pay Range and Compensation Package
