Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions addressing complex business challenges responsibly
- Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools and developer assistants to improve workflows and automate tasks
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to inform software design and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications
- Adapt to rapid technological changes by integrating modern developer tools and agentic capabilities
- Lead architecture design reviews, system planning, and security evaluations
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software systems across various environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 3 years experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, React JS, React Native)
- At least 2 years experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- At least 2 years experience in Agile development environments
- At least 2 years experience with relational or non-relational databases
- Preferred: experience with AI capabilities, developer assistants, modern frameworks, automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps, containerization, microservices, and effective teamwork
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Salary range: $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. Compensation considers local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions subject to eligibility.
