About the Opportunity
The organization delivers an AI-powered hiring platform that automates and optimizes the talent acquisition process for global enterprises. The Senior Product Manager - Career Sites will focus on developing a world-class career site offering that serves as the primary entry point for candidates and extends customers’ employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Own specific problem areas and initiatives within the career sites product area
- Contribute to a shared roadmap and product vision with other Product Managers
- Lead discovery efforts to understand candidate, customer, and market needs
- Translate insights into clear requirements, priorities, and delivery plans
- Partner with engineering and design for high-performing, enterprise-ready features
- Balance usability, performance, accessibility, SEO, localization, and compliance
- Collaborate with platform, AI, integrations, and related teams for cohesive experiences
- Define and track success metrics such as conversion, engagement, adoption, and performance
Requirements
- Over 5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven experience with customer facing web or platform capabilities
- Strong product discovery skills and experience in shared ownership models
- Ability to balance design quality with enterprise-scale constraints
- Technical fluency with strong collaboration with engineering teams
- Clear, confident communication with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with global, high-traffic products involving localization, accessibility, or compliance is a plus
