The Senior People Business Partner role involves serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across dedicated business portfolios. The position translates business priorities into organizational structures, talent strategies, and leadership practices that support scaling with speed and clarity. It combines partnership and hands-on leadership to diagnose organizational needs, coach leaders, and deliver data-driven, practical HR solutions that impact overall team effectiveness and company growth.Responsibilities
- Act as senior People partner for assigned business portfolios, aligning people plans with growth and performance goals.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design, including headcount and succession planning.
- Coach leaders at all levels on leadership, performance, team dynamics, and change management.
- Drive talent management routines such as performance calibration and career development.
- Analyze people data to identify trends and recommend actions.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation and retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations and organizational risk with sound judgment and appropriate partnerships.
- Promote organizational culture and values to build high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner or related experience in fast-paced, customer-focused, or technology-driven settings.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, influencing strategy, and maintaining trusted relationships.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and change management.
- Strong judgment in handling complex and sensitive people matters.
- Proficiency in using HR data and systems to guide decisions.
- Experience with technical, commercial, customer-facing, operational, or frontline teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with people technologies like Rippling or Betterworks and HR certification is advantageous.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Compensation for this role ranges from $140,000 to $170,000 depending on experience.Benefits & Perks
