About the Opportunity:
RemoteHunter is focused on reinventing credit, providing consumers with flexible, transparent buy now, pay later options without hidden fees or compounding interest. This Senior Manager, Learning role is pivotal in leading the Manager and Leadership Development practice, fostering leadership capability building for people leaders within a remote-first environment. The position encompasses comprehensive program management, innovative learning experience design, expert facilitation, and targeted coaching to advance leadership development strategies across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously evolve the Leadership Development practice, ensuring timely and relevant learning solutions for various leadership levels.
- Collaborate with the Director of Learning and Development to formulate strategic leadership development initiatives for managers and leaders, alongside broader learning programs for all employees.
- Evaluate and redesign existing manager development programs, optimizing them specifically for a remote-first work environment.
- Engage in cross-functional partnerships to develop impactful content and curriculum, working closely with subject matter experts.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions as required.
- Create effective communications, detailed plans, and internal content related to leadership learning.
- Define, meticulously measure, and provide comprehensive reports on leadership development success metrics.
- Manage and continuously enhance the People Leader Hub, serving as the central repository for all people leader learning and development resources.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering robust leadership development programs for global workforces exceeding 2000 employees.
- Proven expertise in scaling Executive Coaching programs and effectively measuring their impact and effectiveness.
- Ability to construct multi-year roadmaps specifically focused on critical leadership moments.
- Strong human-centered design skills, evidenced by the application of all design process phases to create compelling learning experiences.
- A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in leadership development program design, management, experience design, and facilitation.
- Experience developing and delivering curriculum from inception, along with coaching others in these development skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Superior communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex information effectively.
- Preferred: Coaching certification from ICF or another accredited organization.
- Preferred: A solid track record of program development that clearly delivers business impact and ROI.
- Preferred: Strong relationship-building acumen for effective cross-organizational collaboration.
- Preferred: A continuous improvement mindset, consistently focused on enhancing program quality.
- Preferred: Experience leveraging learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) to scale programs efficiently.

Compensation:
Base pay ranges from $160,000 - $230,000 per year, depending on location (e.g., CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT have a higher range of $180,000 - $230,000; all other U.S. states range from $160,000 - $210,000). Compensation includes base pay, equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, plus benefits including fully subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
