This Senior Manager, Learning role is pivotal in leading the Manager and Leadership Development practice. You will drive leadership capability building for people leaders within a remote-first environment. The position encompasses comprehensive program management, learning experience design, expert facilitation, and coaching to significantly advance leadership development strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously evolve the Leadership Development practice to ensure timely and relevant learning for various leadership levels.
- Partner closely with the Director of Learning and Development to formulate robust leadership development strategies for managers and leaders, alongside broad learning programs for all employees.
- Assess and strategically redesign manager development programs, specifically tailoring them for a remote-first work environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and subject matter experts to develop compelling content and curriculum.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions as required.
- Develop clear communications, strategic plans, and impactful internal content related to leadership learning initiatives.
- Define, meticulously measure, and comprehensively report on key leadership development success metrics.
- Manage and continuously improve the People Leader Hub, serving as the central resource for all people leader learning and development needs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs that effectively support global workforces of 2000+ employees.
- Proven experience in scaling Executive Coaching programs and accurately measuring their effectiveness and impact.
- Demonstrated ability to build multiyear roadmaps specifically focused on critical leadership moments and transitions.
- Strong human-centered design skills, evidenced by the application of all phases of the design process to construct impactful learning experiences.
- At least 8 years of combined professional experience in leadership development program design, management, experience design, and facilitation.
- Direct experience in developing and delivering curriculum from scratch, and also coaching others to cultivate these development skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify and articulate complex information clearly.
- Preferred: Coaching certification from ICF or another accredited organization.
- Preferred: A proven track record of program development that demonstrates clear business impact and ROI.
- Preferred: Strong relationship-building skills essential for effective cross-organizational collaboration.
- Preferred: A continuous improvement mindset, consistently focused on enhancing overall program quality.
- Preferred: Experience leveraging modern learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) to scale programs effectively.

Compensation
The compensation package includes base pay, equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and technology spending, along with benefits such as fully subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Base Pay Grade: M
- Equity Grade: 9
- Base pay range for CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT: $180,000 - $230,000 per year
- Base pay range for all other U.S. states: $160,000 - $210,000 per year
