About the Opportunity

RemoteHunter is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning to lead the Manager and Leadership Development practice. This role is crucial for an organization focused on reinventing credit to provide consumers with flexible, transparent buy now, pay later options without hidden fees or compounding interest. You will drive leadership capability building for people leaders in a remote-first environment, engaging in program management, learning experience design, facilitation, and coaching to advance leadership development strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the Leadership Development practice to deliver timely learning for various leadership levels.
  • Partner with the Director of Learning and Development to create leadership development strategies for managers and leaders and broad learning programs for all employees.
  • Assess and redesign manager development programs suited for a remote-first work environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop content and curriculum, partnering with subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate instructor-led training sessions as needed.
  • Develop communications, plans, and internal content related to leadership learning.
  • Define, measure, and report on leadership development success metrics.
  • Manage and improve the People Leader Hub, the central resource for people leader learning and development.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs supporting global workforces of 2000+ employees.
  • Experience scaling Executive Coaching programs and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to build multiyear roadmaps focused on key leadership moments.
  • Demonstrated human-centered design skills, applying all phases of the design process to build learning experiences.
  • At least 8 years of combined experience in leadership development program design, management, experience design, and facilitation.
  • Experience developing and delivering curriculum from scratch and coaching others to develop these skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Preferred: Coaching certification from ICF or another accredited organization.
  • Preferred: Proven track record of program development delivering business impact and ROI.
  • Preferred: Strong relationship-building skills for effective cross-organizational collaboration.
  • Preferred: Continuous improvement mindset focused on enhancing program quality.
  • Preferred: Experience leveraging learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience Platforms to scale programs.
