The Senior Data Scientist leads strategic data science initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven solutions that influence business decisions and foster data-driven transformations. - Deliver complex data science and AI solutions for strategic consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business challenges and develop actionable AI strategies.
- Develop project plans, assess risks, and align solutions with strategic and ethical AI principles.
- Leverage generative AI technologies to drive innovation and business transformation.
- Prepare and clean large datasets for modeling.

Requirements
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field with corresponding years of data science experience as specified.
- Proven consulting and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence decisions.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and ethical data practices.
- Experience with software engineering lifecycle practices including version control, testing, DevOps, and ML solution deployment.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding and specification-driven development.
- 1 to 3 years of consulting experience in technical or management roles.
- Experience developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800.00 to $234,700.00 per year.
