Responsibilities

  • Architect robust marketing measurement frameworks, data governance models, and progressive learning agendas perfectly aligned with macroeconomic business goals
  • Conduct advanced attribution modeling (multi-touch, first/last touch) and deep-dive customer journey mapping to isolate exact marketing channel performance and spend elasticity
  • Perform high-priority, rapid-response ad-hoc statistical analyses to answer critical business questions posed by executive and board-level stakeholders
  • Analyze granular website, mobile application, and digital performance metrics to identify and eliminate drop-off points within the digital account opening funnel
  • Track, model, and benchmark mission-critical financial performance indicators, including Cost Per Account (CPA), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and multi-stage conversion rates
  • Design, execute, and evaluate rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize active advertising campaigns and elevate digital user experiences
  • Manage and govern enterprise tag implementation architectures (e.g., GTM) to guarantee absolute data tracking accuracy, user privacy compliance, and signal integrity
  • Conceptualize, build, and maintain automated, enterprise-grade interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to provide real-time performance visibility
  • Translate complex, multi-variate data realities into highly compelling, narrative-driven data stories and strategic recommendations tailored for non-technical executive audiences
  • Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional Product, Data Engineering, and Corporate Strategy teams to deliver unified, multi-dimensional business insights
  • Direct and manage the operational lifecycles of multiple simultaneous analytical projects, ensuring flawless documentation and on-time delivery

Requirements

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) to nine (9) years of progressive, hands-on professional experience specializing in advanced data analysis, marketing mix modeling, or digital analytics
  • Prior professional exposure within the financial services sector, retail banking industries, or working directly with credit union infrastructures is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering diagnostic insights that have directly influenced macro-level corporate growth strategies or capital investments
  • Expert-level, administrative engineering proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or equivalent enterprise-tier clickstream tracking platforms
  • Advanced, fluent command of SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization) coupled with practical proficiency in Python or R for predictive statistical modeling
  • Direct, hands-on mastery building complex executive data visualizations within Tableau, Power BI, or Looker environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Structural familiarity with enterprise cloud data warehouses (such as Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and big data processing frameworks (Hadoop, Apache Spark)
  • Practical knowledge of enterprise marketing automation suites (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), robust CRM architectures, and advanced tag management systems
