About the Opportunity

The Senior Customer Operations Enablement Specialist will support post-sales functions by spearheading the creation, coordination, and facilitation of onboarding programs for the Customer Advisory Services (CAS) organization. This role reports to the CAS Enablement Senior Manager and covers teams including Renewals, Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Employee Onboarding: Facilitate and manage sessions for new hires, track outcomes and reduce ramp time.
  • Product Launches & Releases: Coordinate training to support product launches via collaboration with Sales Enablement, Product, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to analyze training needs and develop specialized content.
  • Learning Experience Development: Deliver engaging training through classroom sessions, online tutorials, and videos; manage courses in the LMS.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare dashboards linking onboarding efforts to KPIs; develop strategies to communicate process changes effectively.
  • Cultural Enhancement: Work with HR/People teams to boost cultural awareness and strengthen employee connectedness.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS support covering multiple cross-functional projects.
  • Preferably experienced in training or enablement in sales environments.
  • Solid background in SaaS sales, customer success, renewals, and support.
  • Expert knowledge of post-sales processes and modern training tools.
  • High adaptability, excellent collaboration, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and content creation skills using tools like Google Suite and PowerPoint.
  • Project management experience with tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana.
