About the Opportunity
The Senior AI Developer role is a fully remote individual contributor position focused on advancing the organization's AI capabilities. This role involves designing and deploying complex agentic AI systems, scaling internal AI platforms, extending integration infrastructure, and shaping the technical roadmap for AI adoption. The position plays a critical role in enabling the organization to utilize AI at scale, improve automation of legal and operational tasks, and maintain robust AI systems that serve enterprise needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and contribute to the AI adoption technical roadmap, including build-versus-buy decisions and vendor evaluations
- Architect multi-agent AI systems and workflows using advanced techniques like function calling and autonomous task decomposition
- Develop and maintain AI automation workflows with quality assurance
- Design context management strategies, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and long-term memory management
- Expand the Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration network with new tools and enhanced security
- Create real-time streaming interfaces for AI insights and structured outputs
- Engineer solutions for large-scale data processing challenges
- Implement evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and data governance adhering to regulatory standards
- Assess and integrate new AI models and APIs from leading providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred
- Proven experience building production agentic AI systems with tool use and multi-step workflows
- Strong knowledge of Anthropic platform and Microsoft AI services
- Experience with MCP or similar AI-to-tool integration frameworks
- Expertise in building scalable RAG pipelines, semantic search, and document intelligence workflows
- Proficiency in real-time streaming architectures and enterprise authentication protocols
- Ability to work across backend, frontend, and streaming infrastructure
- Familiarity with AI-native development platforms
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to deliver effective solutions independently
