The Manager - Scrum Master leads the facilitation of Scrum events and supports the Product Owner to ensure the effective use of the Scrum framework. This role promotes collaboration, removes obstacles, and drives continuous improvement within teams. The position is essential for fostering a culture of learning and teamwork while helping set realistic project expectations and improving team capacity for successful delivery.Responsibilities
- Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners on agile principles and project/product management best practices
- Develop budgets and resource plans considering team velocity and historical data
- Assess work capacity to meet project timelines
- Conduct risk assessments including identification, mitigation, and contingency planning
- Establish Scrum processes for backlog management, prioritization, and user story refinement
- Forecast team capacity and delivery potential to set expectations for product releases
- Implement a common language and framework for team collaboration
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks proactively
- Promote adaptability, transparency, and customer collaboration to support continuous learning and experimentation
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of relevant work experience

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant specialized training/professional qualification
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- The typical pay range for this role is $92,700.00 to $185,400.00 annually
- This range represents the base salary for the job grade; final offer depends on experience, education, location, and other factors
- The position is eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to the base salary
