Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) to address inquiries and concerns.
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues.
- Escalate complex interactions when appropriate to senior staff.
- Respond to assistance requests and process payments as needed.
- Accurately track call information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide constructive feedback on recurring call issues to improve processes.
- Meet defined sales objectives as part of your role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more.
- Comfortable working with Windows-based computer systems.
- Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
- A college degree is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to consistently follow established procedures and maintain high customer service standards.
- Effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members and supervisors.
- Strong communication, active listening, and analytical skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Openness to feedback and flexibility for various shift schedules (day, evening, overnight).
- Critical thinking skills for quick issue analysis and decision-making.

Work from Home Requirements
- Stable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.
- Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) must ensure no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Internet connection cannot be satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN.
- Proof of internet speed will be required.
- A clean, quiet, and distraction-free workspace is essential.
