Job Description
Sales Customer Service
This organization is a global digital business services company providing advanced, digitally powered services to help leading brands streamline their operations sustainably. The Sales Customer Service role involves supporting customers by handling inquiries and delivering effective solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions and concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues
- Escalate interactions when appropriate
- Respond to assistance requests and process payments when needed
- Track call information for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Meet defined sales objectives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more
- Comfortable with Windows-based computer systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain customer service standards
- Effective collaboration skills with team members and supervisors
- Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Openness to feedback and flexible scheduling including various shifts
- Critical thinking for quick issue analysis and decision-making
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach focused on customer experience
Work from Home Requirements
- Internet with minimum subscribed download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connection cannot be satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
