About the Opportunity
This global digital business services company provides advanced, digitally powered services to help leading brands streamline their operations sustainably. As a Sales Customer Service professional, you will support customers through multiple channels ensuring efficient issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary
- Respond to assistance requests and process payments
- Track call information for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Meet defined sales objectives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more
- Comfortable with Windows-based computer systems
- Strong communication, listening and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Flexible scheduling including various shifts
- Proactive, solution-oriented and team collaboration skills
Work from Home Requirements
- Minimum internet download speed of 15 Mbps and upload of 5 Mbps
- No packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Connection must not be satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed and a clean, quiet workspace required
