Job Description
About the Opportunity:
This RPA Analyst role at RemoteHunter involves detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The RPA Analyst works with business units and workstreams to determine automation candidates, document manual processes and workflows, and collaborates with development teams to test and ensure solution quality.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Design RPA automation solutions and create Process Design Documents (PDDs).
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and objectives.
- Create test cases, monitor bot performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain a catalog of business processes, pain points, and future automation solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of business workflows and strategies.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and design automation solutions.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms and basic programming concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create process maps and functional requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years related experience or 5+ years equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with RPA tools, AI prompts, Copilot, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of programming and development technologies including Python, C#, .NET, SQL, Java, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and database query tools.
- Preferred: knowledge of HTML, stateless programming, session handling, page lifecycle, test automation, cloud security, cloud solutions, and server environments.

Compensation:
$115,000 to $120,000 annually
