About the RPA Analyst Opportunity at RemoteHunter

This role at RemoteHunter involves detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The RPA Analyst works with various business units and workstreams to determine automation candidates, meticulously document manual processes and workflows, and collaborates closely with development teams to test and ensure the highest quality of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design RPA automation solutions and create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs).
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure solutions meet specific requirements and objectives.
  • Create robust test cases, continuously monitor bot performance, and efficiently troubleshoot any issues.
  • Maintain an organized catalog of business processes, identified pain points, and potential future automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business workflows and strategic methodologies.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and skillfully design effective automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with leading RPA platforms and fundamental programming concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to create clear process maps and detailed functional requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools, AI prompts, Copilot, and Power Automate.
  • Proficient knowledge of programming and development technologies including Python, C#, .NET, SQL, Java, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and various database query tools.
  • Preferred qualifications include knowledge of HTML, stateless programming, session handling, page lifecycle, test automation, cloud security, cloud solutions, and server environments.

Compensation

The annual compensation for this RPA Analyst role ranges from $115,000 to $120,000.
