About the Opportunity

This organization is a global data and technology company that powers opportunities across multiple markets including financial services, healthcare, automotive, agribusiness, and insurance. The Revenue Enablement Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new clients from signed agreements to successful implementation by facilitating contract finalization, onboarding, and early adoption. The role focuses on accelerating time-to-value for customers, streamlining communication, managing workflows, and aligning clients with internal teams to increase revenue retention and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the VP of Sales Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the customer journey immediately after verbal commitment
  • Manage contract submission workflow including approvals, uploading materials, and coordinating signoffs
  • Navigate exceptions, legal redlines, and non-standard paperwork with confidence
  • Lead customer-facing security review process and act as primary contact for compliance documentation and data security questions
  • Collaborate with internal security, legal, and technical teams to ensure efficient review cycles
  • Maintain knowledge of common security objections and standard responses
  • Coordinate internal work item submissions to assign implementation teams promptly
  • Serve as liaison for clients during implementation scheduling, kickoff, and onboarding
  • Track post-signature milestones and escalate delays or risks
  • Lead a 30 to 90 day Hyper Care phase to monitor adoption and ensure revenue retention
  • Document success criteria and prepare clients for handoff to long-term Client Development team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in onboarding, customer success, deal desk, or project coordination roles
  • Minimum 2 years successful sales experience including expanding existing relationships and revenue opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Security, Implementation)
  • Comfortable navigating internal systems such as CRM, contract tools, and project trackers
  • Collaborative approach with ability to balance priorities and solve issues
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to understand and speak client language
  • High accountability and trust-building skills
  • Background in payroll, human resources, tax incentives, consulting, or professional services preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation

Pay range: $68,000 to $112,000 annually
