The **Resource Manager** is responsible for managing resource allocation within the Professional Services teams across AMER and EMEA regions. This role ensures staffing aligns with business objectives, promotes efficient use of resources, and supports project success through strategic planning and collaboration with delivery leaders and project teams. The position requires consistent availability during EST or CST business hours and plays a key role in optimizing talent deployment for multiple projects.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional leaders to align resource allocation with business goals.
- Maintain visibility of projects to allocate resources, identify conflicts, and match skills to tasks.
- Serve as primary contact for staffing requests and ensure timely deployment.
- Forecast future resource needs with leaders and project managers.
- Identify and address skills gaps in collaboration with leadership.
- Assist with timecard management and resource tracking.
- Monitor actual versus forecasted resource usage and recommend adjustments.
- Track utilization and productivity; report regularly to senior management.
- Develop and improve resource management strategies and processes.
- Manage scheduling of personnel, tools, and materials.
- Produce monthly billing reports and coordinate with finance for invoicing.
- Handle administrative tasks related to resource tracking and reporting.
- Act as escalation point for delivery issues including timecards and resource requests.
- Manage project opportunity reviews, ensure scope alignment, and maintain records in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with third parties for outsourcing when internal resources are unavailable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in resource or project management with enterprise-level tools.
- Strong knowledge of resource allocation techniques and tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient with resource management software and project management tools.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with critical thinking ability.

- Experience with Salesforce or Financial Force.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Base compensation for this position begins at $68,000.
- This position is remote-friendly; final compensation depends on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
