Research And Development Analyst

About the Opportunity

The Research And Development Analyst at RemoteHunter supports the development of clinical assessment products across a diverse portfolio in cognition, memory, neuropsychology, behavior, occupational therapy, speech/language therapy, early childhood, personality/psychopathology, and achievement. This role can be remote or based in San Antonio, TX, or Bloomington, MN, and reports to the Research and Development Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support research and development efforts under the supervision of a Research Director.
• Contribute to the development, refinement, maintenance, and quality control of assessments.
• Manage multiple products at various development stages with flexibility.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Learn from mentors, incorporate feedback, and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Utilize technology including mobile and web applications, software, and develop AI skills.
• Analyze assumptions, evaluate arguments, and communicate clear conclusions.
• Balance clinical, research, and business requirements within project constraints.
• Collaborate with publishing, psychometrics, project management, and software development teams to meet schedules.
• Participate in work groups to enhance internal processes and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or educational field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Research experience or training in research implementation.
• Familiarity with assessment practices.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong oral, written, and business communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-starter with initiative and independent work capability.
• Interest in test development and publishing processes.
• Comfortable with technology and software applications.
• Training or interest in research methods and statistics.
• Understanding of business versus clinical/academic practice requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in speech, language, and/or communication assessment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Subject matter expertise from clinical or educational settings, especially in speech and language.
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Editorial experience.

Compensation

Minimum full-time salary range is between $55,000 and $64,000 with eligibility for an annual incentive program.
