The Remote Sales Customer Service Representative role involves supporting customers by handling inquiries and delivering effective solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions and concerns.
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues.
  • Escalate interactions when appropriate.
  • Respond to assistance requests and process payments when needed.
  • Track call information for auditing and reporting.
  • Provide feedback on call issues.
  • Meet defined sales objectives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more.
  • Comfortable with Windows-based computer systems.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and maintain customer service standards.
  • Effective collaboration skills with team members and supervisors.
  • Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Openness to feedback and flexible scheduling including various shifts.
  • Critical thinking for quick issue analysis and decision-making.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach focused on customer experience.

Work from Home Requirements

  • Internet with minimum subscribed download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Internet connection cannot be satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN.
  • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace.
