Job Description
About the Opportunity
This team seeks a Quality & Process Improvement Analyst to execute the compliance program by assessing, investigating, auditing, and documenting results against established standards, policies, and procedures. The initial focus will be on operations, with potential expansion to sales, engineering, and product areas.
Responsibilities
- Observe, investigate, and audit processes within assigned business segments or functional areas
- Assist in the Proctor Error Report process and prepare documentation and quality compliance reports by collecting and summarizing information and trends
- Share knowledge and provide coaching on processes and systems within the team and cross-functionally as needed
- Assist in identifying and documenting process risks and their impacts; help develop methods to reduce risks
- Support other relevant projects as assigned
Requirements
- Experience with related applications and/or in the Higher Education or Academic industry preferred
- Assertive and able to collaborate effectively within a team
- Process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently with good judgment on when to escalate issues
- Results-focused, resourceful in problem-solving, and confident in decision-making
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and persistent optimism in achieving outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Additional Information
- Work schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
- Hours: 7 AM to 3:30 PM CST
