About the Role

The Product Manager, Onboarding will own the end-to-end new account experience for the Cash product. This role drives initiatives to accelerate customer acquisition through organic, retail, and partner channels, while optimizing cross-sell opportunities across the product ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning product strategy and roadmap for Cash customer acquisition
  • Defining and optimizing cross sell journeys from other products
  • Collaborating with design, legal, compliance, and engineering teams

You Bring

A minimum of 7-10 years of product management experience in consumer fintech, with proven skills in customer acquisition and onboarding. Experience building 0 to 1 consumer products and API-driven product experiences is essential. The ideal candidate is consumer-first, empathetic to everyday financial challenges, and comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
