About the Opportunity
This organization is a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, advancing AI to transform how risk is understood and managed. The Product Analyst role supports product and initiative analysis related to requirements, user journeys, and user interface designs for shared services used across the business. The position is based in New York with full telecommuting permitted for applicants within the continental U.S.
Responsibilities
- Support business requirement activities through end-to-end analysis of products and initiatives
- Author thorough, detailed documentation including business and non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Resolve requirement conflicts between business units or between business and technology with leadership support
- Serve as Product Analyst for scrum teams including sizing, team capacity, daily scrums, status reporting, and escalation
- Remove roadblocks and manage dependencies
- Contribute to project planning and status reporting
- Conduct usability testing to ensure products meet user needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a closely related field
- Minimum three years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role involving product development and management
- Experience authoring high-quality documentation including customer journey maps, user stories, and use cases
- Ability to ensure timely delivery and manage dependencies
- Experience devising development and testing strategies
- Skills in data visualization and product usage data analysis
- Telecommuting permitted for applicants residing within the continental U.S.

Compensation
Anticipated base salary range: $102,939 to $172,250 per year, depending on experience, education, level, skills, and location. Role eligible for incentive compensation.
