About the Opportunity:

The Senior Product Analyst role is designed to provide critical data insights that influence strategy and identify growth opportunities. This position involves deep collaboration with product and operations teams to understand user challenges and ensure the organization invests in impactful projects. The role requires independent and collaborative work, hypothesis-driven analysis, and the application of AI and statistical models to support decision-making and experiment design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Operations to identify growth opportunities and shape strategy through data analysis.
• Co-design and rapidly iterate on experiments using model outputs and statistical reasoning.
• Maintain visibility of key performance metrics for the team.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance analytical workflows and automate routine tasks.
• Work with Data Engineering to develop AI-powered analytics platforms and self-service data tools.

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of experience in product, growth, or marketing analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of statistics, experiment design, and causal inference.
• Working knowledge of machine learning model interpretation and integration.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to translate analysis into actionable decisions.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
• Independent and collaborative work skills.
• Enthusiasm for incorporating AI into analytics processes.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
