About the Opportunity
The Platform Administrator role is responsible for supporting the administration, sustainment, and modernization of enterprise data platforms within a federal healthcare environment. This position ensures platform stability, compliance, and performance while facilitating healthcare data integration and analytics. The role involves collaboration with various technical teams to maintain platform operations and support ongoing modernization aligned with enterprise data strategy.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise platforms such as Tableau Server, MOVEit, Windows Server, Linux, and related data platform tools
- Manage platform configurations, access controls, and environment governance to maintain secure operations
- Support operational sustainment including patching coordination, monitoring, logging, and system health validation
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and full stack teams to troubleshoot platform and integration issues
- Assist with platform provisioning, deployment coordination, and configuration
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures for long-term platform sustainment
- Participate in security and compliance activities supporting RMF-aligned operations, audit readiness, and platform hardening
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure in federal, DoD, or DHA-aligned environments
- Experience with platforms such as Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, Linux, or similar ecosystems
- Knowledge of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment in regulated healthcare or defense settings
- Experience working with data engineering, analytics, or application delivery teams
- Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate effectively across teams
- Familiarity with security and compliance processes aligned with RMF, NIST, or similar frameworks
- Strong communication and documentation skills within Agile or iterative delivery environments
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, with some roles requiring U.S. citizenship and eligibility for federal background checks or security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
Pay Range and Compensation Package
United States Wage Range: $110,000 – $155,000
