About the Opportunity

The People Development Senior Manager will lead the design and execution of a multi-year learning strategy that enables managers, supports leadership development, and scales the learning ecosystem. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on project management to deliver impactful learning experiences. It plays a crucial role in advancing professional development, improving leadership capabilities, and integrating learning technology to enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Translate learning strategies into actionable roadmaps with rigorous project management
  • Identify and pilot emerging trends and AI innovations in learning
  • Oversee the professional development budget to drive individual and organizational growth
  • Develop and scale a Manager Excellence framework for effective leadership
  • Partner on development paths and stretch opportunities for key talent
  • Expand structured coaching and mentoring programs
  • Audit and recommend improvements for learning technology infrastructure
  • Integrate AI tools to accelerate learning content design and deployment
  • Create high-quality, interactive digital learning content using tools like Articulate

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
  • Experience with Workday and various LMS/LXP platforms
  • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline/Rise or similar authoring tools preferred
  • Proven ability to translate learning vision into reality through project management
  • Experience mentoring others to achieve high-quality results
  • Demonstrated use of AI to scale learning design, development, or implementation

Pay Range and Compensation Package

  • National: $150,300 - $187,800
  • Premium: $162,600 - $203,300
  • Premium Plus: $176,800 - $221,000
  • Annual bonuses awarded based on individual and company performance
