About the Opportunity
The People & Culture Coaching and Facilitation Senior Specialist, National Leadership Development is responsible for delivering leadership development programs that enhance core skills and competencies across the organization. This role ensures engaging and impactful learning experiences through expert facilitation and coaching, both virtually and in person. The position plays a key role in supporting milestone leadership programs, identifying skill gaps, and aligning development efforts with organizational goals. It contributes to talent growth by facilitating learning, coaching, and cross-functional leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate leadership development programs virtually and in-person
- Review and provide feedback on training materials and documentation
- Support Train-the-Trainer preparation sessions as needed
- Suggest improvements for leadership development programs and resources
- Build and maintain relationships with business line representatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet Continuing Professional Education requirements
- Provide input on scalable leadership initiatives across business lines
- Partner with leaders and People & Culture colleagues to address skill gaps
- Design and facilitate coaching programs to support talent mobility and performance
- Lead focus groups and participate in training needs assessments
- Deliver assessment findings with actionable insights to leadership and teams
- Provide individual and group leadership coaching using tools like CliftonStrengths and 360 assessments
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in virtual and/or in-person facilitation
- Experience in leadership development and coaching
- Experience presenting to large audiences
- Ability to manage technical issues during learning sessions
- Skilled in facilitation methods to maintain participant engagement
- Knowledge of instructional techniques such as discussion, role playing, and self-directed learning
- Experience in a professional services firm preferred
- Experience developing and implementing training strategies preferred
- Experience supporting logistics for meetings or learning events preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ICF credential or 60 hours of coaching training plus 100+ hours of coaching experience required
- ICF ACC+ certification, CliftonStrengths Global Coach Certification, or Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader 360 Certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment
- Professional, confident, and collaborative demeanor
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
