Role Overview
The Operations Manager Fulfillment Operations plays a crucial role in optimizing network performance and fulfillment operations. This role involves data analysis, system configuration, forecasting, and performance monitoring while working cross-functionally to maintain high performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to pinpoint areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies for enhanced efficiency.
- Create reports and presentations for stakeholder communications.
- Advise on routing settings and manage volume across the network.
- Continuously assess and adjust routing algorithms for balanced distribution.
- Collaborate with fulfillment teams to test new routing strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain real-time network performance monitoring systems.
- Establish KPIs and benchmarks, and create dashboards and alerts.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively recommend operational solutions.
- Perform routine forecasting to maintain balanced inventory levels.
- Support partner teams in troubleshooting complex routing issues.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis within network operations or partner management.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with network routing systems, algorithms, and monitoring tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
