About the Opportunity

The Operations and Compliance Associate supports the daily execution of the organization’s operational, financial, and compliance systems. This role is key to maintaining the processes and controls that ensure operational precision, financial integrity, and compliance with funding and accounting standards. Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely, budget-aligned execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, standard operating procedures, and records.
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain records of vendors, contracts, grants, and regulatory requirements.
