About the Opportunity

RemoteHunter is connecting exceptional candidates with a fast-growing FinTech company founded in 2019 that offers a Buy Now Pay Later solution for medical practices including dentists, medical aesthetics, and veterinarians. In the role of Onboarding Specialist, you will set up customers for success with a financing platform and manage new accounts during the first 30 days to ensure effective onboarding and sustained customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to customers
• Prepare before calls for efficient implementation
• Share success narratives from past customers
• Utilize various software platforms for onboarding
• Maximize platform usage within the first 30 days
• Introduce and optimize marketing with merchant partners
• Provide best practices to increase customer revenue
• Offer feedback to internal teams

Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal connection abilities
• Comfortable with using multiple software platforms
• Adaptable with troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail in problem solving
• Bonus: experience in sales, customer success, or account management

Compensation & Benefits

• $87,000 base pay
• $33,000 uncapped on-target commission
