RemoteHunter is partnering with a fast-growing FinTech company, founded in 2019, that specializes in a Buy Now, Pay Later solution for medical practices like dentists, medical aesthetics, and veterinarians. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success with this innovative financing platform. This involves meticulously setting up new accounts and managing them for their initial 30 days, ensuring effective onboarding and deep customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training to new customers.
- Thoroughly prepare for calls to ensure efficient and practical implementation of the platform.
- Share compelling narratives based on past customer successes to build momentum and inspire new users.
- Utilize various software platforms effectively to conduct seamless onboarding processes.
- Maximize customer usage of the financing platform within the crucial first 30 days.
- Introduce and optimize marketing and placement strategies with merchant partners.
- Provide best practices and essential materials to help customers increase their revenue and platform usage.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to continually improve the product and service.
Requirements for an Onboarding Specialist
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- 2 or more years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex information clearly.
- Ability to connect interpersonally, building rapport and trust with new customers.
- Comfort using various software platforms for onboarding and customer management.
- Adaptability and strong troubleshooting skills to address customer issues promptly.
- A problem-solver mindset with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Bonus points for experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
