RemoteHunter is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a fast-growing FinTech company founded in 2019. This company provides a Buy Now, Pay Later solution specifically tailored for medical practices, including dentists, medical aesthetics, and veterinarians. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring new customers are successfully set up with the financing platform and managing their accounts effectively for the initial 30 days. Your primary goal will be to drive effective onboarding and maximize customer engagement with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training to new customers on how to utilize the financing platform.
- Conduct thorough preparation before calls to ensure efficient and practical implementation strategies.
- Share compelling success narratives from previous customers to build momentum and trust.
- Effectively use various software platforms to facilitate and manage the onboarding process.
- Maximize customer usage and adoption of the platform within the crucial first 30 days.
- Introduce and optimize marketing and placement strategies with merchant partners to enhance visibility.
- Provide best practices and valuable materials to help customers increase their revenue and platform usage.
- Actively provide constructive feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of processes and products.
Requirements
- Possess 2 or more years of experience in a direct customer-facing role, demonstrating strong client interaction skills.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective customer training and internal collaboration.
- Demonstrate a natural ability to connect interpersonally, building rapport and trust with new clients.
- Be comfortable and proficient in using various software platforms relevant to onboarding and customer management.
- Show adaptability and strong troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Be a proactive problem solver with a high attention to detail, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- Bonus points for prior experience in sales, customer success, or account management, enhancing your understanding of the customer lifecycle.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits:
- Base pay: $87,000 annually.
- Uncapped on-target commission: $33,000.
