About the Opportunity
RemoteHunter is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a fast-growing FinTech company founded in 2019. This company offers a Buy Now, Pay Later solution specifically designed for medical practices, including dentists, medical aesthetics, and veterinarians. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for setting up new customers for success with the financing platform and actively managing these accounts for their initial 30 days to ensure effective onboarding and high customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training to new customers on the platform.
- Conduct thorough preparation before each call to ensure efficient and practical implementation.
- Share compelling success narratives from previous customers to build momentum and demonstrate value.
- Utilize various software platforms to facilitate and conduct the onboarding process effectively.
- Strategically maximize customer usage of the financing platform within the critical first 30 days.
- Introduce and optimize marketing and placement strategies with merchant partners.
- Provide best practices and valuable materials to help customers increase their revenue and platform usage.
- Offer constructive feedback to internal teams to continuously improve the product and service offering.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in a direct customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional ability to connect interpersonally with diverse clients.
- Comfortable and proficient in using various software platforms.
- Highly adaptable with strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- A proactive problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bonus points for prior experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base pay of $87,000.
- Uncapped on-target commission of $33,000.
