This Onboarding Specialist role is pivotal in ensuring customers successfully adopt their financing platform. You will manage new accounts for their initial 30 days, focusing on effective onboarding and maximizing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training to new customers.
- Prepare thoroughly before calls to ensure efficient and practical platform implementation.
- Share compelling narratives based on past customer successes to build momentum and enthusiasm.
- Utilize various software platforms to conduct seamless onboarding processes.
- Maximize customer usage of the financing platform within the crucial first 30 days.
- Introduce and optimize marketing and placement strategies with merchant partners.
- Provide best practices and valuable materials to help customers increase their revenue and platform utilization.
- Offer constructive feedback to internal teams for continuous product and process improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
- $87,000 base pay.
- $33,000 uncapped on-target commission.
