About the Opportunity
The organization is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to help drive customer loyalty by ensuring clients are set up for success with the company’s solutions. Reporting to the Director, Client Success & Support, you'll foster strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the main point of contact during client onboarding.
- Own the onboarding process with internal team coordination.
- Lead kick-offs, training workshops, escalation calls, and meetings.
- Train customers on platform use via video and email.
- Provide technical and consultative support while guiding best practices.
- Assist Customer Success with workflow and data tracking.
- Act as a customer advocate and offer product insights.
- Develop and innovate the onboarding playbook.
Additional Responsibilities
- Answer emails and chats for customer support.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Manage the 24/7 emergency line on a rotating basis.
Location & Work Arrangement
This fully remote role welcomes candidates from anywhere in the US & Canada. Office space in Los Altos, California is available for San Francisco Bay Area residents who wish to use it.
