Responsibilities
- Productionize frontier AI models to solve complex real-world problems.
- Collaborate closely with researchers and teammates on latest AI and ML advancements.
- Work with customers to integrate models into their technology stacks.
- Make direct business impact through high product ownership.
- Serve as a founding member of a fast-growing team with diverse responsibilities.
Requirements
- Strong customer focus and passion for solving practical, sometimes ambiguous, real-world problems.
- Experience as a machine learning engineer, ideally on AI products for external customers.
- Background as a technical founder or similar role.
- Practical experience with transformer models and large language models.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of end-to-end problem ownership and rapid learning.
