About the Opportunity

The Media Specialist is responsible for the setup, execution, and real-time optimization of complex campaign matrices across multiple digital channels. This role leverages an automated platform to localize, geo-target, and dynamically optimize cross-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for performance-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own in-flight campaign performance and monitor daily KPIs.
  • Track metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze real-time data for high-performing locations and creatives.
  • Perform in-platform optimizations including budget and bid adjustments.
  • Implement cost-per-acquisition models for budget forecasting.
  • Set up and launch campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and more.
  • Configure audience mapping, creative rotations, and tracking tags.
  • Utilize dynamic assets for localized, relevant ads.
  • Test and validate creative and messaging assignments.
  • Establish test-and-learn frameworks including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Manage data integrations for precise audience targeting.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.
  • Automate and localize campaign content with granular segmentation.
  • Monitor ad rendering and delivery via the automated platform.
  • Advise internal teams with digital media buying expertise.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies.
  • Monitor trends in geo-targeting, dynamic ads, and automation.
  • Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with ad management platforms (Meta, Google Ads, DSPs).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in automation and dynamic campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA data privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation

USD 75,000 to USD 105,000 yearly.
