About the Opportunity

The Media Specialist - Paid Search is responsible for the setup, execution, and real-time optimization of complex campaign matrices across multiple digital channels. The role uses an automated platform to localize, geo-target, and dynamically optimize cross-channel campaigns, driving performance through strategic analysis and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Own in-flight campaign performance and monitor daily KPIs.
  • Track metrics including CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze real-time data for high-performing segments.
  • Optimize campaigns via budget, bidding, creative, and audience adjustments.
  • Implement cost-per-acquisition models for forecasting.
  • Launch and manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Display, Programmatic, Video, and CTV.
  • Configure audience mapping, creative rotations, dynamic rules, and tracking tags.
  • Utilize dynamic assets for localized, relevant ads.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creatives and messaging.
  • Manage data integrations and ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor trends in geo-targeting, dynamic ads, and automation.
  • Produce performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Experience with automation and dynamic campaign strategies.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
  • Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation

USD 75,000 to USD 105,000 yearly.
