About the Opportunity
As a Media Specialist Paid Search, you will be instrumental in the setup, execution, and real-time optimization of intricate campaign matrices across various digital channels. This role harnesses an automated platform to localize, geo-target, and dynamically optimize cross-channel campaigns. We are looking for a candidate with a strategic mindset, robust analytical skills, technical prowess, and a fervent passion for performance-driven marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own in-flight campaign performance, meticulously monitoring pacing, bid efficiency, and KPI attainment on a daily basis.
- Track crucial campaign metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI across diverse geo-segments.
- Analyze real-time data to pinpoint high-performing locations, creatives, and audience segments.
- Execute in-platform optimizations including budget reallocation, bidding strategy adjustments, creative swapping, and audience refinement.
- Implement cost-per-acquisition modeling for accurate budget forecasting and control.
- Lead hands-on campaign setup and launch across multiple channels, including Meta, Google Ads, Display, Programmatic, Video, and CTV.
- Configure audience mapping, creative rotations, dynamic content rules, and tracking tags effectively.
- Utilize dynamic assets and local entity data to craft localized and highly relevant advertisements.
- Test and validate correct creative and messaging assignment for each local entity.
- Establish robust test-and-learn frameworks; conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creative elements, offers, and messaging.
- Scale successful test variations across broader audiences and client accounts.
- Manage 1st and 3rd party data integrations to ensure precise audience targeting.
- Ensure strict compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
- Implement custom audience segmentation and modeling to further refine targeting strategies.
- Automate and localize campaign content leveraging granular segmentation capabilities.
- Launch campaigns via the automated platform and continuously monitor ad rendering and delivery for consistency.
- Act as a digital media buying subject matter expert, providing expert advice to internal teams on advanced tactics.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure proper asset formatting and seamless integration.
- Coordinate with agencies and brand stakeholders to align with and achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor emerging trends in geo-targeting, dynamic ads, and campaign automation; actively apply new platform features and tactics.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics, producing clear narratives with actionable insights.
- Communicate performance, learnings, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with analytics teams to ensure reporting accuracy is consistently aligned with strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Communications, or Computer Science.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with leading ad management platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
- Possess strong analytical skills complemented by a data-driven approach to campaign execution and optimization.
- Proven experience with automation and dynamic campaign optimization techniques.
- Solid knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Ability to effectively manage complex, cross-channel digital campaigns.
- Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Compensation
The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 105,000 yearly.
